Your teen will learn skills to manage overwhelming emotions in the moment. They will gain an understanding of how they feel so they know what skills to use leading to long lasting change. 

Your teen will learn how to identify their early warning signs and slow down so they can make effective decisions in the moment. 

Your teen will learn skills to clearly communicate their needs and ask for help before the crisis occurs. They will learn to set healthy limits and accept limits too!

Summer DBT Skills Intensive for Teens will be an immersive and invaluable experience taking place over five action-packed days.  

Each day will be made up of engaging guest presentations and hand on interactive activites to support your teen in self-expression, developing skills, and making connections. 

This summer intensive is designed to provide your teen with a step-by step guide on handling all of life's ups and downs. They will learn: 

  • daily emotion regulation skills 
  • skills to make and keeping friends
  • how to have difficult conversations 
  • how to handle intense distress
  • AND how to prevent emotional vulnerability 

Your teen will learn it all in 15 Intensive Hours of DBT!
